SNAPTRACK® : Mounting Track System and Accessories


GENERAL INFORMATION

SNAPTRACK is a non-conductive, rigid extruded PVC channel for mounting assemblies and custom circuit boards. Printed circuit boards snap-in from front and are held securely by integral ribs that absorb shock when PC board is flexed and allows convenient PC board removal for field servicing. Circuit boards should be between 0.055" - 0.065" thick. SNAPTRACK easily mounts in panels with rivets, screws or double-faced tape. Style 121-0003 and 121-0010 may also be mounted on a DIN Rail using optional adapter clips. SNAPTRACK is available in several standard widths and can be cut easily by the user to practically any desired length.

Split-Apart SNAPTRACK

Split-Apart SNAPTRACK allows virtually any width PCB to be securely attached to a flat surface.  The hand-breakable middle seam permits the two halves to be separated and mounted at the proper distance to meet your special requirements.  Can be used with any PCB which is between 0.055" - 0.065" thick and 3.00" or wider.

DIN Rail Mounting Clip for SNAPTRACK
Clip allows SNAPTRACK (121-0003 and 121-0010) to mount to the symmetrical DIN rail, asymmetrical DIN rail, and A series rail.  Recommended use is two clips evenly spaced every four inches.

PCB and Assembly DIN Rail Mounting Clips
These clips allow your Printed Circuit Boards and Assemblies to mount to standard 35mm DIN rail.  Choose from three different mounting styles to meet your specific needs. Recommended use is two clips evenly spaced every four inches.
Screw Down Mounting
This DIN clip has a center hole which accommodates the threads of a 4-40 flat-head machine screw to be passed through from the bottom. Machine screw not included.

Snap-Fit Mounting

End-Stop
End Stops prevent components from moving laterally on the DIN rail.

DIN Rail

These rails are used to mount a wide variety of components and assemblies, from relays to power supplies, to terminal blocks to complete circuit boards.  Mount on any flat surface or inside enclosures.

DIN Rail is slotted for easy mounting. Steel, zinc yellow chromate plated, 35 x 7.5mm (EN50022-35).
